Triumph Properties is a privately held company based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Triumph is family owned and started in the 1970's by Bruce MacDonald under the name Declare Properties. Today, the company is run by John MacDonald, a 30-year veteran of the real estate industry. John started his career at Boston Pizza as a development manager where he opened over 80 restaurants in Western Canada from 1990-2001. From there he moved to Cara Operations expanding their restaurant brands across Western Canada. In 2003, John turned his focus to the development side of the industry.

Over the years, Triumph has focused on building highway commercial developments in small to midsize towns across Western Canada for AAA national tenants.

Ken Williams, Partner

From 1983 to the early 2000’s, Ken was one of the principals and founders of PCI Group. During this time, the company was involved in a myriad of development projects running the gambit from single family land development, retail strip centers, industrial, multi-family, both wood frame and mixed-use concrete high-rise.

Upon leaving PCI, Ken has been involved in many private mortgage offerings and development activity through joint venture and partnership investments, primarily located in BC and more recently the United States.
