Description

We worked with the City of Calgary to successfully rezone a strategically located property to M-H1, a land use designation that permits 6-story mixed-use development. This rezoning process involved close collaboration with municipal planning officials to align the project with Calgary’s long-term urban growth strategy and zoning regulations.

The M-H1 designation significantly increased the development potential of the site, enabling future residential and commercial opportunities within a mid-rise urban context. Following the successful rezoning, we completed the project by selling the property to a development group well-positioned to realize its full potential.
