Triumph Properties purchased 10 acres of farmland in Taber. Over the course of 5 years, Triumph Properties rezoned the land and developed a Walmart anchored shopping centre. The 70,000 square foot Walmart was accompanied by a Boston Pizza, Tim Hortons, Telus Mobility, Bentleys Books, Dollar Tree, Co-Op gas bar and a liquor store. Walmart purchased their land along with an additional 6.5 acres.
