Description

We acquired a vacant, pre-zoned parcel of land in Calgary with the vision of transforming it into a vibrant commercial hub. Following the purchase, we worked closely with the City of Calgary to secure both development and building permits, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations and alignment with local planning objectives.

Before breaking ground, our internal leasing team successfully pre-leased 90% of the centre’s space — a significant milestone that demonstrated strong market demand and de-risked the project prior to construction. We then coordinated the construction of the 12,000-square-foot development, working in partnership with Seko Construction as the General Contractor and EXP Solutions as the architectural firm.

Today, the site is fully operational and managed by Triumph Properties, offering a well-curated mix of tenants and serving the surrounding community with essential services and retail offerings.
