2505 Eversyde Ave is a 15,069 square foot retail strip centre located at the end of 162 Ave and 24 Street. Construction began in fall 2022 and is set to complete in late 2023. The centre is the last retail site before the new 162 Ave interchange to the Southwest Calgary Ring Road. The site is located on the going-to-work side of 162 Ave in between the two communities, Evergreen and Bridlewood.
