Nested between Highway 1 and the Agricultural Land Reserve, Anniedale-Tynnhead will become Surrey's newest community. The 1,000-acre neighbourhood has been carefully planned to create a walkable urban village feel. The area is currently in the stage 2 component of the NCP review.  


Our site is located at the southwest corner of 96 Ave and 176 St and is zoned in the NCP for 2.0 FAR under the Low-Rise Residential Type II designation. Triumph has partnered with a residential developer to transform the site into a 350,000 ft² 6-store residential building with up to 400 units. The development is located 50m from the planned neighbourhood school and a new 19-acre community park, as well as across the street from the southeast corner of Tynehead Regional Park – All accessible by a new Green Infrastructure Network path adjacent to the site.
